If it happens, likely Iran will close the Straits of Hormuz, so no oil from the Persian Gulf. Do not plan any long car trips.
Sadly, we have the firepower to “open” the Straight back up but probably wouldn’t do it. Unless, other muslims complained about not getting their oil out so zero would have to appease them.
OR Israel hits them so hard they don’t have anything left to close anything.
