Money talks unfortunately...I fear it’ll be enough to bribe almost any in governance.
They will just bring in a crew from elsewhere. If you pay people enough they will build anything!
And I’m willing to bet that they’ll charge through the nose for building it, plus it’ll fail every single inspection multiple times, and then at the very end... they’ll find that the foundation was improperly set, so it would all have to be torn down and rebuilt.
And if the Mosque sponsors want to find a different company to build it... I’m sure that there will be a friendly judge that’ll find the sponsors in breech of contract.
Then, after wasting all that money, the sponsors might get the message. If not, there will probably be a number of companies they’ll have to go through... and a number of decades worth of construction before they finally just give up.

NOTHING gets done in NYC without unions. Scab it & cross the line. Looks for the scabs to be floating in the East River. The mafia runs the unions in NYC. A few diaper heads with AK’s will “float”.
