Al Pacino Wins Emmy Award for Movie on Euthanasia Advocate Jack Kevorkian

Hollywood, CA -- In another example of the Hollywood elite glorifying those actors and films that promote anti-life values, Al Pacino won an Emmy Award for his portrayal of Jack Kevorkian in the HBO film, "You Don't Know Jack."

Pacino portrayed the assisted suicide crusader who was eventually jailed for killing a disabled man in a televised euthanasia.

Al Pacino as Jack Kevorkian? Holy Smoke, that’s the most deluded piece of casting I’ve seen since Ross Perot hand-picked Richard Crenna to portray him in a biopic many years ago.

I never watch “the enemas or the oscars” — http://www.johnspeedie.com/healy/enima.wav — (as Terry Bradshaw once said.)

A sickening film about a sickening man, for all it lionized him.

One really strange scene: the Armenian Museum in Watertown, MA has an exhibition of Kevorkian’s paintings. Which are also sickening, and not very good. But the Armenian community is portrayed as embracing him as one of their own, not distancing themselves or even finding him controversial. Nearly all the paintings are about death and suffering, some about the Armenian genocide. That’s enough for him to be embraced? How accurate the scene, I don’t know.

Pacino did do a great job of acting but I wouldn’t have seen the film by my own choice.

If Jeff Fieger could have played himself they would have won the whole thing. LOL

Jack Kevorkian gets an award ... Jack Bauer doesn’t even get a nomination. What a gyp.

Yet another reason not to watch network TC or support Hollywood. At all.

Hundreds of channels. Should come with barf bags. Worthwhile for watching the enemy’s actions. Like an infiltrator.

Did the film show his home? (a dumpy apartment upstairs of a Chinese restaurant in Royal Oak?) What kind of a “doctor” lives in a place like that, I ask ya?

Al Pacino can grasp his Emmy when ObamaCare directs him into the ‘death with dignity’ ward of the Hollywood Hospital for washed up actors without a hit movie for over a decade.

Pacino and Danny Glover can both watch the Dr Kevorkian look-a-like inject them with a morphine overdose while both actors reminisce about some of their most wonderful movie moments like Cruising and Be Kind,Rewind.

He got the award for his acting, didn’t he? Not for promoting euthanasia.

Pacino did a great job of portraying Kevorkian regardless of the subject matter. Heck if someone did a great job portraying Stalin or Hitler it is a good acting job. As far as HBO’s making a hero out of Kevorkian, well it's HBO.

It’s at least as much a case of automatically honoring HBO as agreeing with Kevorkian. Though, of course, HBO sweeps the miniseries and tv movie categories every year largely because their programming is overwhelmingly leftist (and also because they spend buttloads of money on them).

Yeah, it showed his home. Tiny apartment, everything stacked on top of other things.

I suppose Kevorkian never cared much about his surroundings, only his causes. And hasn’t been employable for years.
