A question I would have on this would be...
With all the well known Christian ministers in this country, why didnt Beck ask one of them to open his rally ???
Franklin Graham or one of the other reputable Christian leaders would have been welcomed by the attendees...
With Rev Graham there would have been no confusion about God or gods...
And he would have endined his prayer with...
“In the Name of Jesus...”
and not that generic “in the name of christ...”
Good question, one I would agree that those suggestions may have been netter.
But I wasn’t addressing that.
