He will not run in 2012, he cannot produce a BC.

Many Secretaries of State will demand one this time.

Possibly. It is also possible that those who created him will find a use for him as a dynamically extinguished flame, who gave all in the service of “progress”.

If he is still around, and if he wants the job, no one will be able to challenge him in the primary, and win, without totally disaffecting the black vote which the Democrats MUST have on board in the general.

The theory I find most plausible is that he is auditioning for UN Secretary General. Nearly as plausible is that he is so delusional that he truly thinks this is just a rough patch, and that he will prevail, in the manner of Clinton’s re-election against the palooka Bob Dole.

That is exactly what I'm thinking. He knows he could-not and cannot kill or quell the BC controversy well enough. Once one State requires his full ID, others will too. He won't be able to ignore it. He can't or won't produce it. So, from about his 2nd or 3rd month in office on, he's known he'll be a one-term President, that he won't even run again. I think that is part of his "hurry up offense" Presidency, moving from issue to issue, crisis to crisis like a petulant 5 year old with ADHD. He and his cohorts in crime are pushing their agenda forward on many fronts.

At least one state, maybe more and I can't remember which, has passed a law that all presidential contenders must show a valid birth certificates to be on that states ballot. That's all it takes, just one where Obama can't be on the ballot.

I think he could produce one but something on it is damaging.

This talk about our Dear Leader having to produce a birth certificate for his 2012 run is quite interesting. A couple questions:

1) Can a President, having already been elected once, be compelled to show a BC for his re-election bid?

2) Considering for the moment that the answer to quesion #1 is yes, what would happen if Obummer refused?

Agreed. The DOJ will sue on this, but will most likely loose on the 10th Amendment clause. The States are still sovereign unless BO can break them and dissolve the Union.
