You are correct. Some some reason, the article has been taken down. The article was done by the Ft. Benning PAO and someone at HQ DA may have wanted to make some changes. I expect that it will come back up in a different form shortly. Too, bad, there were lots of pictures of the ceremony, a biography, and the citation.
