When it comes to human failings, I always try to be understanding. In fact, readers of my Saturday advice column in the Mail will know that it’s my stock-in-trade. But there are times, I’m afraid, when sympathy fails me and I am left nursing a deep anger which needs putting into words.
Sometimes, even those words fail me. How else to respond to this week’s story of well-educated girls — brought up in decent homes with every privilege — choosing to sell their bodies for a fast buck, not caring how many footballers use them in one week?

Exactly. Modern feminism has ruined homes, ruined lives, ruined men. It’s also created an environment where men now feel ENTITLED to sex. Modern feminists forgot that there are age old rules that will never changed, as the Chinese put it, “The Eternal Way.” You can’t have it both ways and I remmeber how Princess Diana was hated by feminists until she completely destroyed her home, husband’s reputation, and the reputation of the RF, all in the name of becoming an ‘independent woman,’ who relied on her marriage settlement and mother-in-law for shelter after the divorce.

I’ve never been to Japan, but I know folks who do regularly from investors and such at our bank. And you are right and THEN some. Japan is the only 1st world culture which openly embraces outright child porn and child sex. Glorifying it. 20% I think is too low. More likely 50% TRY it. And 20% continue it.
Technically, in 2000, under heavy western pressures, Japan outlawed underaged (14) in Japan prostitution. But there is NO enforcement mechanism. Producers, agents, even PIMPs have no culpability if a girl working for them lies. Most do not even care, as you pointed out, the younger the more money is involved.
Europe is headed this way. America will, as Mark Steyn put it, stand ALONE.... until we too fall.
Each culture goes it’s own path to the same end. Japan chooses child sex. Europe drugs. America Homosexuality.
Eventually, Europe will choose the other 2 and so will America, and Japan, as each on LEADS to the other, as they have the same end.

Sex sells, always has, always will. Whether they are exchanging sex for a movie and a meal, or doing it for cash - at least doing it for cash is honest and direct.

If you believe that truth is an absolute and the basis of morality, you have solid ethical and moral standards. If you believe that truth and morality are relative, whether that is based upon personal or cultural influences, there are no solid moral or ethical standards. If you see these things as relative, prostitution is only wrong if society decided that it is inappropriate behavior. If you know anything about England, there are only two kinds of females. Those that sell sex and those that give it away. Sexual morality, at least by biblical standards, is as low as you can get. It is not much better in America. The only difference that I see among some young women is that they at least know that being promiscuous or a whore is wrong. That does not stop them, but at least they have some feelings of guilt.

I know, but she never should have gone on international television and called the legitimacy/paternity of her second son into doubt. You don’t release a book that is a pack of lies and then go further and lie to your in-laws about your participation in it. You don’t drag your eldest son into it by dumping your problems on them. There are things you do and don’t do and she did horrific things. You don’t turn your marriage into a circus, picking one fight after another and then turn around and play the victim.
And, how do you propose we fix this? Yes, child porn is wrong - but it’s legal in Japan. Yes, it’s not a good idea - but it’s socially acceptable in Japan.
The girls know exactly what they are doing, and knowing the female psyche, girls are socially competitive - which means that if one does it, the others will do it twice. If one girl makes %100/week the others will want to earn $200.
Do I want my grandkids doing this? Nope. But I also chose my battles, so I can use whatever influence I have to persuade my granddaughters and grandsons to not participate. But, beyond that I can do nothing.
If they ignore my advice, I can either alienate them and shun them - or I can be the person they can come to when they realize the error of their ways. I prefer the latter approach - but you are free to chose your own path.
The girls are thinking of money and the clothes they can buy. The men are thinking ... well, you know what they are thinking. This is not a new problem; it’s as old as mankind.

As Jerry Pournelle likes to say, unrestrained free markets eventually lead to human flesh on sale at the supermarket. And he’s a fan of free markets.
There needs to be a system of morality involved.
