Breyer is creepy.

I think Koran burning publicity stunts are colossally stupid, but I couldn’t dream of any constitutional reason to ban them.

I’m not even going to call it a stupid stunt anymore.

The light for its burning has revealed more cowards and rats then could have been hoped for.

THIS is the reason that it must be done - it is NOT stupid, it is a defense of the constitution.

Burning them in private, as a repudiation of and repentance from a former life, is every bit appropriate and "cleansing." Many are mentioned in Scripture as destroying books of sorcery once they were converted to the truth.

This act has two immediate benefits.
1. It acts as a catharsis to break free from a former life and belief system.
2. It takes access to as least one copy of false teaching permanently out reach of others, including the recently converted soul doing the destroying.

Let them start arresting people for it.

If they outlaw it, millions of people will do it out of spite for the law.
