Well, the reason I asked is, if he failed to show up to a required court hearing, would that possibly put his visa in jeopardy?

The maggot is far too slick for that. 90% chance he is a citizen. Just going by how slick and well spoken he is. PLUS Muslims love to get (and collect) citizenships and passports ASAP be it here, Canada, or Europe. They always know their real loyalty is to the Ummah. The greater Muslim community

Muslims consider the whole world to belong to Allah and the Muslims. The USA is just another territory to exploit and getting citizenship is one way
