Black Panther case: Red hot (Witness cites Obama team's 'hostility' to the law) Racism displayed

Assistant Attorney General Thomas E. Perez has an obligation to clean house at the Justice Department's Civil Rights Division. That's clear after explosive new whistle-blower testimony under oath Friday in the New Black Panther Party voter-intimidation case, which triggers a pledge Mr. Perez made under oath on May 14. Failure to fire some officials and to radically revamp practices in the Civil Rights Division would represent clear dereliction of duty by Mr. Perez.

Friday's testimony to the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights came from much-decorated Justice Department veteran Christopher Coates, a hero of the civil rights legal community when he was a lawyer for the American Civil Liberties Union. "The election of President Obama," he said, "brought to positions of influence and power with the Civil Rights Division many of the very people who had demonstrated hostility to the concept of equal enforcement of the Voting Rights Act."

Mr. Coates named names and gave numerous examples of how the division and its political supervisors refuse to enforce civil rights laws to protect white victims against black perpetrators. He said his supervisor, Loretta King, then serving in a political position as acting assistant attorney general, specifically forbade him from asking prospective employees if they would be willing to enforce civil rights laws in a race-neutral manner. Additionally, he testified that the department under Mr. Perez has refused to enforce federal law that requires states to remove ineligible voters - including dead people and incarcerated felons - from their voting rolls. Mr. Coates officially recommended a full year ago that the department enforce the law against at least eight states that were flagrantly noncompliant, but Mr. Perez and the Obama team ignored the issue.

Did you read his testimony? It was amazing. Basically, it’s only racist when white people do it.

Obama’s DOJ is the most reckless, criminal, negligent, and incompetent in American history.

You’re absolutely right, but the same crowd who brought us “America deserved 9/11 will also cry that it’s about time the tables were turned. They have no problem with racism if it’s applied “correctly”

That’s exactly what they are teaching at the universities.
That the “oppressed” class is incapable of racism since they don’t hold the power.

One thing is for certain - when you are hearing about issues like these in the news you thank the Powers that Be for the fact that the Libs are clearly no longer in complete control of what the American Public is informed about. There was a day when this issue would have been swept under the rug and the majority of Americans (a HUGE majority) would never have even heard about it. Now, thanks to talk radio, Fox news, the internet, etc., the biased liberal media no longer controls what becomes news.

Obviously, instead of Lady Justice being blindfolded, she now carries a “Get Even with Whitey” placard.
When the GOP wins their majorities, we will demand that the DOJ be cleaned from top to bottom by bringing charges against this egregious flouting of the Constitution. Defund the DOJ, if these Black and Brown racists refuse to leave.

The Justice Department is not doing its job. If a prosecutor believes they have evidence that proves guilt beyond a reasonable doubt, they are obligated to prosecute. Personal feelings have nothing to do with it. Frankly, if the Justice Department doesn’t want to do its job, the voting public should force them.

This is no surprise from the Just-Us Department led by Eric “The Coward” Holder. It is a veiled and perverted attempt at judicial restitution.

Read Coates full testimony. It consist of 19 pages and it will amaze most of you. I have watched this crap forming over the last 48 years and here is my opinion. I really do not know where to start. You could see this coming as far back as the Clinton years. The Democrats are ruthless and power hungry and willing to do anything to have their way and the other party does not have the guts to stand up to them.Starting back with Ruby Ridge and really opening up at Waco we saw the killing of innocent children at the hands of our government. We saw a Congress cover it up.I have no doubts as to the last 48 years as to the government running amok over white America and I truly believe that. We are paying for the sins of great, great grandparents. This preferential treatment does not solve anything it only gives the lawless more room to operate.I started watching a TV show called Outlaw and I love Jimmy Smits acting but it is like all the old Law & Order shows it has a line of propaganda to spew.America is being fed a line of crap and lies and by browbeating us they can makes us feel guilty and allow them to do what they please. If it were not for my children and grand children I would say the hell with it, America is not worth saving anymore.Call me what you like but White America is being persecuted in such a vindictive way it is unreal.

I think it is interesting to note that when Reverend Jeremiah Wright denounces the America of the KKK, that he is in fact by and large denouncing democrats.
