Just imagine if a career civil rights attorney at DOJ had testified like this during the Bush administration: The MSM would be howling at the top of their lungs 24/7 for congressional hearings and for the AG to resign.
In fact, the firestorm would be so intense that by Sunday the AG would have either resigned or been fired.
But is this screaming front page headlines on the NYT or WaPo today? Let’s check. Hmmmm...NYT...not a mention....Wapo....nothing....
It’s not only within the DOJ that there exists an outrageous double-standard.
