They may not be directly responsible for this death, but they are two reprehensible pieces of trash who should be pilloried for being jerks.
Ultimately, the choice was his. He chose the selfish route. I’m sure that his parents would have been there for him and eventually time would have healed him. He hurt his family severely. They didn’t deserve that.
However, those two idiots do share some of the blame. If they hadn’t humiliated him, he would not have been so desperate as to kill himself. They are culpable too.
Maybe not directly responsible, but definitely culpable.
