Yes, it is. And the background noise was all propaganda and interviews with the Cuban foreign minister. But there isn’t much they can do to change the images when they are live. Since Chavez is the ONLY ONE WHO IS BOTHERING to provide such coverage, that is what we are left with. I wonder why VOA hasn’t caught on yet. Oh, never mind.
