Attorney-Client. I’m not sure she’s permitted to disclose any information her Client wants hidden.

Is this housekeeper person being prosecuted for her crimes?

You're probably right but....

What exactly is the nature of the “legal representation”? Is there a lawsuit to which her client is a party? Is there a criminal charge against her client?

Can a political operative hide behind a spurious “attorney-client” privilege?

And who is paying her fees?

I am not sure, but I thought it only applied to what was discussed between client-attorney, not to actions or contacts the lawyer may have had BEFORE they had an attorney-client relationship.
