As a matter of fact, yes. People with abnormal metabolisms(diabetics and pre-diabetics) can already register “drunk” with the current legal limits even if they don’t drink at all.

This ultra low limit is going to bring on even more false positives.

Driving tired causes more accidents than alcohol.

The problem here is revenue for police. Solution; cut the force by 25%, get rid of the ponzi scheme pension plan. Change it to a pension where you get back what you pay into the system plus 5% a year annualized, as opposed to guys paying in $30,000 and collecting $500,000 over the course of their retirement. We aren't any safer today than we were 20 years ago when DUI was a nominal offense, with the levels at .12 and .16. Return to those levels, and get rid of the hundred other new big brother driving laws.

All the police and politicians are doing is creating criminals to support revenue thirst.
