My biggest hope for NY was (and continues to be) a possible upset of Gillibrand on election day. Schumer was probably never in any real political danger, unfortunately.

As for Paladino...the guy’s a hoot to watch, but he can be his own worst enemy. We’ll see how things shake out come November.

BTW...anyone have the latest on NY-23? I’ve not heard anything but have been hopeful it could turn into a GOP pickup this time.

I believe Hoffman finally dropped out, so we might have a chance at winning. His name still appears as a Conservative Party candidate, but he endorsed Doheny so hopefully we'll win this seat back.

NY23 turned into a real disaster. Getting rid of Owens should not be too difficult if conservatives do NOT vote 3rd party.
