Mentioning American exceptionalism and our ability and willingness to help others when they can not help themselves does not support the story line CNN and the other alphabet media is spreading.

Remember when the media was interested in the truth more than the story line? I do. But then I am over 60. And that was well before CNN began.

Just as bad: the Voice of America stories do not mention the American, either. But they do mention that the insufferable Evo Morales is traveling to Chile to see the rescue. I wrote them an unpleasant note.
