Transgender golfer sues LPGA in bid to join tour

A former male SWAT team member filed a lawsuit in California against the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) after the now transgender woman was denied in her efforts to join the women's golf tour, her lawyer said Wednesday.

This guy has serious mental issues, and I believe the "physical" should include DNA testing, to determine ACTUAL biological gender. This should become part of ALL sports "physicals", and all school restroom access questions to establish once and for all "it's not NICE to fool Mother Nature".

Unfortunately there is established precedent that allows for government to change the rules of a sport. Look at the Supreme Court ruling in PGA Tour, Inc. v. Martin for starters. This cosmetically altered male will win the lawsuit.
