Curiouser and curiouser!
"...I am, in all respects, legally, and physically female. The State of California recognizes me as such..."
Well now, how can you argue with that?

Lana Lawless?
You can’t make this stuff up.
Hey, Lana. Your DNA still has Y chromosomes, baby!

Judges should be ordering these TG’s into mental facilities when they try to sue their way into gender.

Guilty.

And along with those Y chromosomes comes some muscular advantages over those with an XX makeup.
Nope, there is no way this... person... should compete with women in a sport.

Cosmetically, it’s female - physically, it’s not. You can’t change the genes that define your gender.

To quote a great movie 'Booty Call'...
Jamie Foxx: "You know you out at a dark club dancing, and the woman looks finer than a M*&^^))))....then the next day you go to pick her up, and it's high noon and bright out, and a F&^%ing SEA DONKEY climbs into your car!!"
The middle one seems to come from that animal family...

Not only "guilty", but, "guilty with extreme predjudice".
How many remember when Bobby Riggs played the tennis match against Billy Jean King (and lost)?
How about "Renee Richards", who dressed in womens' clothes and wanted to compete in the female tennis tourney's?
I would support men reporters interviewing in the female locker room myself, though, and might try to get my "reporter" certication, too!
ROFL
This guy has serious mental issues, and I believe the "physical" should include DNA testing, to determine ACTUAL biological gender. This should become part of ALL sports "physicals", and all school restroom access questions to establish once and for all "it's not NICE to fool Mother Nature".

Unfortunately there is established precedent that allows for government to change the rules of a sport. Look at the Supreme Court ruling in
PGA Tour, Inc. v. Martin for starters. This cosmetically altered male will win the lawsuit.
