Under federal law, marijuana is still strictly illegal. The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled that the federal government has the right to enforce its ban regardless of state law.But AZ can't enforce illegal immigrant issues?

I do see the consistency on the part of the Feds. The States be damned no matter what legislation is enacted.
