People won’t invest until after November and only if the President is made meaningless. Then, in 2012, get rid of him and put in someone that actually cares about this country and is willing to work with Congress......that we replace.

This article hints that Democrats have gained substantial amount of control over venture capital. They have bribed venture capitalists to support their energy dreams. Many venture capitalists have been blinded by the promise of cap and trade. There are generous tax breaks for venture capital for Democrat energy dreams. The department of energy has itself become a venture capital fund providing large investments for politically favored work. Venture capital is just another area that rats have ruined.

As Obama’s fortunes decline, so does the potential in clean energy boondoggles. It makes sense for investments there to be in decline.

And, early-stage technology startups have become much more economical in recent years: less money is needed and it can be split among more startups, so it makes sense that latter stage investments would be getting a larger share of the pie.
