The Dims are up to something in PA. Rendell is still running around claiming victory for Onerato over Corbett even though Corbett is +15. He also claims Sleazestack is a lock with Toomey being at least +9 all summer and fall.

I see the Rats dropping this poll to show why the Dims will win after they use cheating. Rendell is a South Philly crook and knows how to cheat.

Yes, the Democrats are clearly losing everywhere, the House is already conceded, but all of sudden, these Senate races are geting closer?

Something very funny going on.

Or, it’s PPP.

Their internals are bogus. They did the same thing in WV. They are predicting Dems to turn out better than 2006. Ain’t going to happen.

Mildly concerning, but, it IS PPP.

The last three polls had Toomey ahead by 10 points, 7 points, and 9 points. This one has him down by 1? I highly doubt it.

I know Pennsylvania and Toomey is winning the Mainline suburbs of Montgomery County. The married women there are moderate Republican women. In 2008 went for Obama and now they are back home and voting with their husbands for Republicans and Toomey. That is where the race is won. PPP is nuts to believe 48 percent of turnout will be Democrat. They know this is BS. Anyone who knows polling and knows PA history knows it is BS.

Is this going to be yet another episode of the great Pennsylvania tease... in which the GOPer leads throughout most of the year, only to see the dem come back in the waning days of the campaign? Or is 0bama’s intensive campaigning beginning to pay off for the enemy?

Does anyone have any insights into “Morning Call” polling? They have Sestak leading by 3. Link: http://www.mcall.com/media/acrobat/2010-10/56899431.pdf

Pennsylvania.... by now you should know better.

The Democrats are telling voters that a vote for Toomey is a vote to return to the failed policies of the Bush years.

Right there is the problem. There is no campaigning going on by the Republicans. There should be wall to wall ads, on all media (television, internet, raido, newspaper, billboards, etc.), outlining the failed policies of the Democrats. I mean it is so easy - Republicans 4.5% unemployment, Democrats 10% unemployment. Democrats 1.5 TRILLION dollar deficit EVERY YEAR! Democrats ruined the financial industry with affirmitive action mortgages. Democrats are in the process of ruining the insurance industry. Democrats institued Death Panels. Democrats are just waiting for the elections to blow over before raising taxes on energy, income, and just about everything else.

Comeon, with two weeks to go before the election, when are the Republicans going to get off the pot??? Democrats have ads everywhere, even on my local Rush Limbaugh radio station. I hear nothing from the Republicans.

Are you getting the feeling, as I am, that the Republicans are simply hoping to run out the clock? I fear some of these now-tight races are at risk. Toomey's is one such case.

Sure it is. The Dems turnout will be 125% higher than ever before, doncha know. It just won't be with physical bodies.

Absentee voting, early voting, inner city voting, are all places where Dems have a 10-1 advantage. Even though Reps may legally vote in more numbers in absentee and early votes, those will be the ballots that somehow get lost or are overshadowed by the dead and fictional Dem voters . . . .

Rampant absentee and early voting fraud will pull this out for the Dems. That's the purpose for casting a vote that is not tied to a voting machine - it can easily be changed, lost, or manufactured. That's why the Dems are so against laws that tighten up the voting process.

Mark my words. If there is ANY gain buy the Reps this election cycle, it will be only a couple of seats. The fix is already in.

“Are you getting the feeling, as I am, that the Republicans are simply hoping to run out the clock...”

Ignore the polls, and just vote...

And if you have time, then volunteer to become a poll watcher if you still can in your state- it’s very important. And if you don’t have the time, try to convince somebody you know to volunteer. Imagine how good you would feel if you, or somebody you know, caught a bunch of people trying to vote illegally...

Sleazetak is playing the Social Security and Medicare card, and the Toomey camp has been asleep at the switch. They believed that all they needed to do was run out the clock, and they seem to have been unprepared for this sick, predictable ad. Toomey has lost his stride, and it is inexcusable!! Bob in Pa.

Some of the commenters on Red State.org are blaming Christine O’Donnell for Toomey’s problems because the Philadelphia TV market is seeing too much O’Donnell and she is scaring Toomey voters away. Sounds like if the Republicans have any problems this election it will be “O’Donnell’s Fault”.
