Four years ago, the guys at Powerline blog tried to alert the folks in the Mpls area that Keith Ellison was actually a leftist Muslim, and that he was sympathetic to the terrorist cause. Unfortunately Mpls has the biggest share of the black population in the state as well as a history of liberalism. The southern tier of this district is completely unrepresented as they are more moderate - conservative.
