I thought the Feds said regardless of how the vote goes on the Proposition, they were going to continue to strictly enforce federal law in California which makes possession of marijuana a crime. I think he’s nuts for blowing a million bucks on legalization. He’s lost it. Is he gonna buy the DOJ also? Don’t say he already has, for if that were true, then he wouldn’t need to meddle at all. The Prop will pass with or without his money on it. So then everyone is going to get charged with a crime for smoking. Why is that worth a million bucks when it was gonna happen anyway??
I guess we have to ask if the DoJ would prosecute if they didn’t when it came to the New Black Panthers. I think we know the answer when considering this Admin.
