She should sue them into the ground. Sue them so they have nothing left. Not airing it the first time would be bad, and you could claim it was a mistake or oversight, but when they miss it two different times, on two different days, there’s something else going on here.
If it's a "Public Broadcast Station", which is simply a mouthpiece fot the DNC, such as NPR is, then suing them merely takes taxpayers' money, as that's how they get funding in part. You would just have more "Appropriations" sent their way from "the government", aka, your wallet.
