Billionaire investor George Soros, who's known as the Democrat's biggest backer, had a bad Tuesday night.
But it wasn't just losing the House. (Actually, he had been predicting a Republican landslide for weeks.)
Soros also donated at least $1 million toward the campaign to legalize marijuana in California -- which failed.
He also funded the Secretary of State Project -- which failed -- according to Mark Hemingway at Washington Examiner. This attempt to elect secretaries of state willing to impose Democrat-friendly election law failed as Republican candidates won 17 of 26 races.
Additionally, he gave money to a campaign to end a redistricting commission in California -- which failed.

Soros can FOAD.
“Medical” marijuana got the boot in Arizona too! The local potheads are lamenting the fact that millions of Arizonans are suffering and dying tonight because it wasn’t passed.
He’s trying to do that vicariously.
I think he should FOADIAF
a bad day for Soros, is a good day for America
So, is Soros gonna pay the families of the Jews he had sent to the Death Camps?
When will the Good Lord (or, more likely, the Lord of Lies) call Soros home?
His money is no good here.
He needs to take it back to Europe where people are soft in the head.
CA only got a few things right yesterday, and the failed attempt at the demolition of the redistricting commission was one of them.
Gawd, this once magnificent state is such a toilet now.
More like The Fascist State.
They should change the motto on the license plates.
Moved here as a child in 1960. It's amazing what 50 years has done. If Walt Disney wanted to build a Amusement Park amongst the Orange Groves nowadays, he would never have gotten past the Environmental Impact Studies and the Tree Huggers. The Golden State is no more.
So sadly true. This state is a perfect example of the destruction the left causes wherever it ventures.
