The reported figure came from an Indian news organization. From what I’ve read, apparently outrageous exageration is the norm in their press.
Can I prove it’s not $200 mil / day? No, I can’t. Nor can I prove it’s not $1, or $1 trillion.
I will point out the war in Afghanistan reportedly costs us $192 mil per day. So you can draw your own conclusions.

There are presently two US aircraft carrier groups in the Arabian Gulf - with a switchover happening soon.
Perhaps the returning carrier (CVN-75 Harry S. Truman) will just “swing by” India on the way back to the US - it has been flying Operation Enduring Freedom missions since June 29th.
Check this site in next week or so to see if a carrier group did indeed sail off the coast of India -
