Insane idea but hardly shocking when you look at who's promoting it. Fortunately, Obama has no legal authority to do this - but that doesn't mean he might not try. The left is obsessed with the absurd concept that the U.S. is only 'rich' because we've taken what rightfully belongs to 'the poor'. Apparently that now extends globally.
