Coast Guard Cutters are currently flanking the Cruise Ship. The blaze supposedly began at 6 am. Roughly about 10-12 hours before the possible missile launch.

Just to note:

The “report” says first was an EMP attack -—then 11 hours later was the American response, which is what was seen and on the video.

So the times would match, IF this report were true...
