Obama’s dirtbag thug he put in charge of Medicare/Medicaid is a devout admirer of the UK’s drug rationing of cancer meds.

“Breast cancer is the most common form of female cancer in England and Wales. It is also the second most common cause of cancer deaths in women, after lung cancer.” Death rates from breast cancer fell in the UK and the rest of Europe between 2000 and 2007.

How can this be with government health care? In the mean
time in evil capitalist America you can hardly avoid buying
something with a pink label or cap with proceeds going to
combat breast cancer.

Having lost a sister at age 54, from ling cancer who never smoked; I think this disease is becoming a larger bogeyman than breast cancer.

Plus it's not like there's any early detection option, as there often is with smoker lung cancer. The original site was the size of a pencil eraser.

Something to know about this study:

Often, cancer deaths are reported in the area in which the cancer started. So, a lot of these deaths may have started as breast cancer, and then metasticized (oh, hell, I have chemo brain and can’t spell cancer-related word for a damn!) to other areas of the body. Breast cancer is the “gateway” cancer.

So, a woman (or man) can get breast cancer, be treated and be considered cancer free...only to have the cancer pop up elsewhere...like the lungs. But when her death is reported, chances are good it will be as a breast cancer death.
(right now I hate being a girl, and I want to see the whole study!)
