I don’t think it works this way in this situation. The Republicans in the House are the ones that will make the bills. The Senate and President will be the ones who will say “NO”. The Democrats will be the party of “NO” with the House being Republican.

Exactly. House conservatives should put forth as many reforms as they can and force the Senate and White House to say no.

Being the party of NO didn’t seem to hurt conservatives in this election, so who is to say it would hurt the Dems if they become the party of NO.
