The line about beer to Marines in the middle of a desert comes to mind!

Eventually, it has to penetrate even his unbelievable Narcissism that he is NOWHERE near as smart as he thinks he is, that he is NOT universally loved or admired, and that one of the biggest reasons why the world’s opinion of Americans has taken a nose dive recently is because the country was stupid enough to elect him.

I never thought I would look back nostalgically for the Clinton years. At least while he was boffing bimbo interns he was not screwing the rest of the nation.

Reminds me of C.S. Lewis
“Of all tyrannies, a tyranny exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It may be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end, for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.”

You live in a big city, right? While Clinton was boffing bimbos, the pig sent his federal gestapo into the hinterlands to destroy rural America and its property rights.

The only thing that averted a second civil war was that the pig’s term expired.

Reminds me of the story about very early in the Zero Adinistration when Obama's former high school basketball coach (among others) was invited to the White House.

At one point, in a rare moment of honesty, Obama turned to the coach and said - (pp) "You know, I was never as good on the court as I thought I was" - . . .

Obama's coach looked up, smiled and said "You can say that again"
