Is this only for general elections or does it impact primaries for president as well. Obama has no chance of winning Texas, so not being on the ballot there won't hurt him in the general. But that would throw a whole bunch of primary votes to Hillery or someone else that decides to run against him for the Democrat nomination.

Florida has a GOP majority in both houses. They should pass this laww as well and make it incredibly detailed to cover any loophool or trick the islamic may and will try.
The problem is FL’s GOP like TX are RINOs. More states need to do this. If he is off the ballot in TX and other states - a few people will question - what is he hiding?

Obama has no chance of winning Texas, so not being on the ballot there won't hurt him in the general.I don't think that it is possible in the modern era for a presidential candidate from a major political party to NOT be on the ballot of all 50 states. It would be impossible to ignore and it would raise the fundamental questions about constitutional-eligibility that got finessed last time around.
