A longtime Charlotte, N.C., flight attendant and cancer survivor told a local television station that she was forced to show her prosthetic breast during a pat-down.
Cathy Bossi, who works for U.S. Airways, said she received the pat-down after declining to do the full-body scan because of radiation concerns.
The TSA screener "put her full hand on my breast and said, 'What is this?' " Bossi told the station. "And I said, 'It's my prosthesis because I've had breast cancer.' And she said, 'Well, you'll need to show me that.' "
Bossi said she removed the prosthetic from her bra. She did not take the name of the agent, she said, "because it was just so horrific of an experience, I couldn't believe someone had done that to me. I'm a flight attendant. I was just trying to get to work."

No one should be exposed to these machines. Someone who already has a genetic predisposition for cancer can easily have acquired enough knowledge along their painful way to violently reject them.
Does this mean the Ellen Degenerate and Rosie O’Moose would have to remove their strap-ons?
Just saw this incident discussed on Hannity, with guests Gloria Allred and Jay Sekulow. Gloria had just taken a flight, and Sean asked if a TSA screener had felt her breasts. She responded with the line of the night: “Yes, and it was the first time anyone has done so in a long time.” ...lol. I can believe it.
Unless and until the American public howls to HIGH HEAVEN to their elected officials, and demands a stop to it, these assaults will continue.
In our 24-hour news cycle, I’d say we have about 7 - 10 days before the shock value wears off and we just accept it. If something doesn’t happen by then, it never will.
These people have the same cocky attitude as Obama.
Everything they do is in effect ‘fighting words’ and deserve to have their asses kicked. PC and stigmatism of arrest threatening your freedom and employment keeps us from taking action, The law is against us.
Profile, protect borders, improved use of technology, eg: voice stress analysis should be implemented rather than let us be used by the TSA perverted snots.
I agree.
Unless TSA pukes start going to the hospital with various face injuries, that will be the case.
It’s hard to believe it got that far, having someone, a airlines employee no less, remove a prosthetic breast—
that right there is a tipping point if I ever saw one.
We are in effect being ‘treated’ to all this humiliating
scrutiny because the TSA ‘missed’ the young nutcase from Africa with the underwear bomb. They missed foisting a tragedy on us just out of sheer dumb luck-—the next bomb
will be a burka bomb, then, finally, there will be definitive new guidelines on burkas, or more likely some new expensive technology which can be activated from ten feet away to detect ‘bombs in burkas’.
"The woman there was very nice and I asked her if the training included an understanding of how prosthetics are captured on the scanner and told her the pat-down is embarrassing. She said, 'We have never even had that discussion and I do the training for the TSA employees here, following the standard manual provided.' She said she will bring it up at their next meeting."
If she has to go through the scanner again, McCarthy said, "I am determined to put the prosthesis in the gray bucket," provided to travelers at the security check-ins for items such as jewelry.
"Let the TSA scanners be embarrassed .... not me anymore!" she wrote.
Two things are increasingly on mind. The first is that some of the TSA agents who are on the other side of these incidents can't think very highly of themselves at the end of the day. It will wear some of them out soon. The second is that businesses are shifting the way they spend their money on travel and shipping (ex., teleconferencing) - TSA will have to change or the punishment to businesses will have untold consequences.
How about colostomy bags and urostomy devices? Do they have to be pulled off and go into the gray boxes and be scanned?
I mean, fair’s fair...(rolling eyes)

I hope those SOBs get theirs.
I had hoped to take my 11 yo granddaughter to Texas this spring; forget it, I will either drive or stay home. No way are they going to grope my 11 year old!

Thanks Amy. I haven’t been posting but found that and couldn’t resist! Lol.
This is going to hurt the airlines bigtime, there will be jobloss when many stop flying. Everything Obama does makes things worse.
Hope you can make the trip with your grandaughter. The drive could be educational too.
I read earlier that 1 in 5 Americans are considered mentally ill........wonder why!!
I’m going to go to bed and read a good book, lol.
Oh GREAT... Now I will be needing a new keyboard.
I’m getting to the point where I don’t wanna look at the horror movie that is our government under Obammy, either. I might drop out in the company of books at any time. Really, I don’t wanna see the bloody mess of the globalist train wreck anymore.
