To: malamute

Sad. I was kind of afraid this would be the case, with no locator beacon or radio contact with the pilot since the plane went down.

If no mayday call or anything before the plane went off the radar probably means he flew into the mountain.

Actually the crash site is not far from Talketna AK. The A/C went down next to a stream and the ‘pit’ has water running out of it.

Gonna be even more ‘no fun’ to do the investigation/recovery work. Local news says there is a tent city there now.

Add in sud-zero weather and you get an idea of what the ground crew is dealing with.

So, if you would, say a prayer for them as well....
