Armey is in fact one of the earliest supporters and promoters of the TP movement.
It worked.

Its a good question, and I don't know whom to believe.
I saw Dick Armey on TV a year or two ago, threatening to sue people for slander, claiming that saying he had worked for the ACLU was a vicious lie, done to "ruin his name".
I was more amused that he thought that being associated with the ACLU was the most horrible slur against him that he had ever heard.......lol (I hate the ACLU too, but I just remember the person asking the questions being appalled).
I just wish he knew he wasn't.
Joe Farah has about as much relavence to TPM as the Daily Beast...he’s just plugging his same old shinola.
Dick Armey is on the opposite side of most tea partiers re: immigration, which is one of the issues he is most aggressive about.

The Tea Party movement needs to move away from FreedomWorks....any organization with Dick Armey near it is not conservative

Farah is just upset because true conservatives don’t take him seriously. Nor should they.
True Conservatives take Farah more seriously than Dick Armey....real conservatives know Dick Armey is not a conservative.
Farah is right to question Armey’s “Tea Party Cred” and “Conservative Cred”.
I like my borders secure and illegal aliens deported...and you get neither from Armey
