Hillary Clinton was on the FOX Chris Wallace Show on Sunday, November 21, 2010.

Chris asked Clinton about ratification for the New Start treaty that is in front of the Senate and he asked her about running for President in 2012 or 2016.

Her answers to both of those questions were interesting.

80% of Democrats in Congress are lawyers. Compare that to the 33 new Republicans who are small business owners. Those lawyers continually try to work around the will of the people through legal loop holes ... healthcare "insurance" is a great example. So is there any doubt that Clinton and her Democrat peers are looking for ways to circumvent the Constitution?

This article also points out how Obama will not seek a second term and how Hillary Clinton will be the Democrat candidate even though she contiues to deny it. We need to listen closer to her answers. She parses as good as Bill. She cannot be trusted.

Treaties should only control our relations with foreign powers; no treaty should ever control our actions within our own borders. Any that does should, first, never be ratified. Any Republican voting for such a monstrocity should be hounded from office. Any Democrat voting for such a treaty should obviously also be hounded from office too, but tragically we expect Democrats to betray their country and are never surprised when they do. Republicans who betray their office and their oaths need to be held accountable. If they are going to betray us the least they can do is become Democrats.

Any treaty already signed which is interpreted as controlling the behavior of citizens within our borders should be abrogated and counted as null. This is an easy litmus test for anyone running for president. Any hint that they would sign such a treaty or honor such a treaty which might have been signed in the past, means they are not worthy of office.

O.O Look at this:

“Liberals have been trying to get our Second Amendment in our Bill of Rights nullified by use of foreign treaties for a long time. If 2/3 of the Senate ratifies a treaty and anti gun wording is in that treaty or if there is wording about some other subject that harms American rights, then that treaty would supersede our own Constitution and laws.

Since the Supreme Court just ruled in favor of gun ownership as defined in the Second Amendment in the Constitution, the liberals are trying to use the treaty process in the Constitution to discard the Second Amendment. They are trying to do the same thing about abortion so abortion cannot ever be repealed because of a treaty. And they are trying to codify healthcare “insurance” in the USA by use of the foreign treaty process.

Look at these other treaties that Clinton is supporting: the Parental Rights treaty and the UN Small Arms guns treaty.
It is obvious that Clinton is using the treaty process to supersede our own Constitution. She cannot be trusted. All of these treaties need vetting. After watching how healthcare “insurance” was handled, everything done by Democrats needs vetting. Obama’s “natural born” citizenship still needs vetting. “

++++++++++++++++++++++

Hillary CANNOT be trusted!!!

The new tradition is that all bills and treaties are to be passed or “deemed passed” without reading or debate or amendment.

Thank Dingy Harry and Pelousy for this new tradition.

Mitch McConnell just learned that he needed to take heed when he wanted to continue earmarks.

He now needs to take heed that if he allows any treaties to supersede our rights, then he is out.
