Z STREET's legal battle continues against IRS

As THE WEEKLY STANDARD reported in August, pro-Israel group Z Street believes it was discriminated against after "Z Street was told by an IRS agent that it might not be granted 501(c)(3) status, which would allow the group to be tax exempt, because its position toward Israel differs from the Obama administration's official policies." Today, Z Street continues its legal battle to obtain tax-exempt status from the IRS.

Given that there are quite a few Jewish charitable/nonprofit groups that also disagree with Obama’s policy on Israel and yet don’t get treated this way, why is Z Street encountering a hassle? I’d agree it isn’t fair.

I don’t understand this. Is it legal for kooks like Cynthia McKinney and others to try and break barriers heading to Gaza illegally yet people and businesses that support Israel in ways Obama( just Obama???) doesn’t believe in is subject to trial and IRS lawsuits? Is this not what dictators do? Obama must be reading the history of the subversion Chavez gave him and actually doing such to America? Sorry, am I dense? Either my rhetoric is correct or I’m off base and do not understand this at all. Please help me understand this.
