Call me a scofflaw but...
Cities are legendary for creating impossible parking schemes and racking in the dough. So screw the city and its heard of the otherwise unemployable people. The judges, city councilmen, prosecutors and city attorney = otherwise unemployable lawyers: yawn.
I still get free public parking in my town. If they figure out they could charge for it, I’d be screwed.
