Whoopie Goldberg and the ladies of ABC's The View stepped in it again - this time calling a legitimate protest movement an act of terrorism.
According to Goldberg, the National Opt Out Day and the We Won't Fly website are terrorists because they would have impacted airline travel.
While admitting her position could be a bit far-fetched, she said, "...to me, that's like an act of terrorism." Even Elizabeth Hasselbeck, the lone conservative on the show, appeared to agree.
But Goldberg and the other hosts of The View seemed to have forgotten what Americans heard throughout the eight years of the Bush Administration - that dissent was patriotic. But as conservative observers of the current political climate know, dissent became sedition the day Barack Obama became President.
They also seemed to have forgotten the purpose of union strikes - to slow down or stop production in order to benefit members of the striking union.
Watching the relevant portion of the clip, one wonders if these hosts ever heard of the Fourth Amendment to the Constitution - that pesky little addition to our primary legal document that protects us from unreasonable searches and seizures.

I’m trying to figure out exactly when was it that Whoopie Goldberg got elevated to the level that her idiotic opinions and proclamations are national news?
Just who cares what this liberal hack has to say? Not me. I don’t watch and will never watch that bunch of crap. Shame on Elizabeth for staying on the program. She’s leaning more and more left every day and doesn’t realize it. She’s also irrelevant any more.
So, I repeat, who cares what these yakking, ugly women have to say?
Some peoples terrorism is another person's fantasy.
These women on the view are dumber than a box of rocks. Get a Cluepon ladies! Normal people are bothered when their genitals/breasts are touched by complete strangers. Some people even believe it is wrong and unconstitutional.
A woman who (with no remorse) has murdered multiple babies in her own womb, shouldn’t talk about terrorism.
Whoopi is just mad because the TSA agents NEVER ask her to step in front of the nudie scanner.
Who cares what these harpies do, think, or say?
