But if he resigns, then we get Joe “The Gaffer” Biden. If he resigns today, Biden can only be Pres__ent for 6 years. If he makes it effective 21 Jan. ;11, Biden can be Pres__ent for 10 years. Though, I see no way Biden makes it passed '12.
I think he will come out and announce that Clinton (take your pick) is responsible for the leaks.
