I hate it when bikes think they are cars.

In some ways, they ARE “cars” — at least from a legal standpoint. These cyclists are required to obey all the rules of the road when they’re on public streets. And it looks like they have a few other laws that only apply to them, too — like the “dismount zones” described here in this article.
