Those rights are inherent, protected. Sedition and treason, which is a muslim’s top rule after submission, should be prosecuted.

All rights are from God, not government.
Either all men have the natural right to freedom of conscience or none of us do. Either a government recognizes that right, or they do not; either way they do not “give” the right. A government that fails to recognize the natural rights of man is tyrannous and should be opposed.
