I was gonna say: The Death Penalty should absolutely be on the table for this guy. If it can be shown beyond a reasonable doubt that this guys actions cost somebody on our side or somebody (anybody) else their lives because the BAD GUYS read the paper and acted on that intel, this guy should pay with his own life.
