Jim Leach was the genious behind the internet gambling ban in the fall of 2006. Many libertarians were fuming on Election Day that year, and the GOP lost big time. That RINO Leach lost his job was a small satisfaction. Our losses in 2006 and 2008 were mostly RINOs, not unlike the blue dog rats last month.
