Not going to flame, but Rick Santorum (who, by law, had to maintain a residence in PA as senator) was attacked mercilessly for daring to presume that his children were also Pennsylvania residents in regard to their schooling.
I guess residency requirements are determined by the R or D after one's name.
If it was wrong to attack Santorum over his children's residency, it is wrong to attack Emanuel.
