I call BS. With a GOP controlled House, they would be cutting their own throats if a simple majority could end filibuster and bring bills to a vote. But then, this is probably about putting as many liberal, constitution hating judges in place before Obastard is thrown out on his ear.

Why not? The RINOs will break ranks again. The RNC has never done anything to rein them in.
