Why would it affect only the Tampa Airport? Did Tampa move six degrees to the northeast?

Apparently Tampa Airport has its own magnetic field.

Six degrees would mean a 360nm move. The Magnetic Variation has changed enough to require a renumbering of the runways, that is all. Because Rwy 36 is on a magnetic heading of 360 +or- 5 degrees. When it changes that 1 degree the runway is renumbered. 40 years ago, the variation was 0 degrees through most of Florida. San Francisco's MV (1975) is 17E. Pilots shouldn't have any trouble with the changes.
