Irrespective of what “W” did or did not do, or might have done, the cold hard facts are that the Democrats failed to do anything at all when they had the chance other than complain about “W”.
Sure they did,, they manufactured the "Bush lied and good men died" mantra, the vague conspiracy with his oil buddies that Pelosi promised to uncover when she lowered gas priced, drained the swamp and ushered in 'transparency' and started about 100 investigations of various Bush/Cheney/Rove tinfoil hat theories that cost us a ton of money and also, coincidentally, went nowhere. That's when they weren't blocking all attempts by President Bush to open or slash regulations on new energy exploration. The Democrats were QUITE busy, when you think about it.
