“All persons born of parents who are citizens of the United States, or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.”

But then, you go make the mind numbingly stupid mistake so many before have made and continue to make.

King’s bill would alter the 14th Amendment to the Constitution that declares,
“All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.”

Seriously, what part of and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, do you people not understand?

Rep. King's bill would NOT alter the 14th Amendment, it would simply ENFORCE the 14th which has been bastardized by the tyrants in black robes.

This is 100% f**ked up. King was widely expected to be the Chair, and only La Raza and the fake “conservative” group “Somos Republicans” worked to oppose King’s elevation—and WON! Are you happy that Lamar Smith did La Raza’s bidding? Smith is already wishy-washy on illegal enforcement, now I expect him to do the Chamber’s bidding, and press for a toothless E-Verify bill with no AZ-style sanctions, prison time, or enforcement for illegals who engage in SSN fraud. I I am very depressed. Most FReepers don’t realize what a VERY BAD thing this is.
