We don’t need no stinkin’ wall down there. (sark.)
I don’t know what Mexico’s policies on child murderers is, but the laws that allow kids to do things like this and then get a chance to have a clean slate once they turn 21, is extremely flawed. I don’t much care if you’re 25, 12, 8, or 5, if you have killed multiple humans, it’s time to turn out the lights.
The one reservation I would have, is if the child was forced on the penalty of their parents or siblings being killed. Then of course, every such kid would claim so.
What a mess.
I wonder if the entered the United States to get ahead? Is this family a bunch of cut ups? Did they want a slice of the American pie? Did the family take a stab at living in the United States? Did the family live life to the hilt? Was the son a “gay blade?” Does appearing in Federal Court mean the family could not hack it here?
Yolanda and Gabriel just forgot they were deported
The head-chopper is an anchor baby.
Isn’t that special??!!
December 8, 2010 -SAN DIEGO The mother of a suspected 14-year-old assassin for a Mexican drug cartel has been charged in San Diego with entering the United States illegally, according to a federal complaint filed Wednesday.
Yolanda Jimenez Lugo, 43, and her husband were led away in handcuffs Monday evening from the Logan Heights apartment where she and her family have lived for about eight years, neighbors said.
Border Patrol agents assigned to the county sheriffs Border Crime Suppression Team took the couple to the Border Patrols Chula Vista station for processing. They have been charged in federal court with illegal re-entry after being previously deported. Information about when the pair would appear in court has not been released.
Federal authorities have declined to elaborate on what prompted the couples arrest, which occurred four days after Jimenezs son, Edgar Jimenez Lugo, was jailed on accusations of being a hit man for a cartel in central Mexico.
A Border Patrol supervisor said Tuesday that he was not permitted to release personal information about arrestees.
The arrests were made in front of the couples elementary school-aged daughters, who were crying. It was unknown who took custody of the children.
Yolanda Jimenez was deported on Sept. 10, 1997, shortly after serving a jail sentence for possession of rock cocaine with the intent to sell, according to federal and county records.
She did not apply for permission to return to the United States, the federal complaint states.
Her husband, Gabriel Aguirre Manuel, was deported on May 3, 2002, according to the complaint against him. He and Jimenez married in 2008.

The illegals continue to think the laws do not apply to them. All they are doing now is buying time. Hoping Holder will come to their rescue.
The feds sure acted fast on this, didn’t they? Why - because they’d been deported once? And it didn’t take them long to find that out, did it? And how about Meg Whitman’s illegal housekeeper? Still in the country - not arrested - not jailed - not going to court - not being deported! Did the feds ever check to see if she’d been deported previously?
Amazing how fast they can work when they want to.....
